| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling All orders over £5 are inclusive of delivery charges. |
| Delivery Schedule Our aim is to provide a swift delivery of your order to you, but we do of course have to rely on the Royal Mail or the courier to help us provide a swift service. Our normal working days are Monday to Friday and we aim to send out your order the next working day after the order payment is received. So if you pay on a Tuesday, our aim is to send out your order on the Wednesday. If you pay on a Friday the aim will be to send out on the Monday. There may be some times that it takes two working days to turn around an order. You will be emailed with details of when your order is being sent out. Of course, bank holidays are not normal working days so this needs to be taken into consideration as well. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges We are not VAT registered so there is no VAT inlcuded or to be added to the prices that you pay. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, your credit card details are processed by a a world-leading third party card processing company using state of the art encryption. We do not have your card details at any time and therefore cannot and of course would not use them for any reason. |
| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Any damage to your order should be noted on courier delivery sheets. Failure to do this will make it hard to process a claim. Of course, any problems that do arise will receive swift action to put right any problems which are few and far between. If you have any problems at all, please contact initially by email so that we can put things right for you. |

| Remittance Terms Orders are not released until payment is made. No orders can be made on credit. You can pay using credit/debit card using the online payment gateway or you can send us your payment by cheque.
